Entering Previous Clients

Hi, our center has recently purchased Ekyros and we love it! We are in the process of entering some of our clients that visited before we purchased Ekyros. I was wondering what you recommend or what other centers have done as to how far back to start enter clients. For example, did you enter clients that have visited in 2009 or within the last quarter. We want to use Ekyros for all of our stats tracking but it has been time consuming entering all our previous clients and we wanted to know what others have done in the past.

Hi Leah-
Great to hear from you! My suggestion, and what my specific center did, is to input all for the current year to ensure you have complete and accurate statistics for that year. It is also helpful if you are a Care Net center to pull your report the following year. As time allows you can definitely input previous years as well. Bottom line, it is up to you and your center and what you feel comfortable with. Don't hesitate in contacting us with any further questions or concerns. Have a GREAT day!
