Our clinic is in the conversion process of going medical. We are wondering if there are any medical forms on e-kyros or if there is a way to make your own forms with specific information. Our hope is for the medical charting to be on the computer as much as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

It’s great to hear from you. Absolutely, we have medical forms, congratulations on going medical! How exciting for you and your center. We currently have the following medical forms: pregnancy test, sonogram, STD Test. These forms are pre-formatted and are available for general use to all centers. At this time you don't have the ability to change the forms manually within the software to where it will reflect those changes. However you always have the ability to export out into MS Excel or MS Word. If I can be of further assistance or you have additional questions, don't hesitate in contacting us.
