New Donor Report

I'm needing to run a report for an upcoming Board Meeting.
They'd like a list of everyone who's given money for the first time within the month of June.
Is there a way to tweak the data within the Donations Report to get this? |

Hi Chandell-
My suggestion to you is add an additional category "New: June Donor" run the "Donor Files Report" with the "Date Created" date range of June 2009. Select each "NEW" donor for the category previously selected by checking the category, selecting apply, selecting save and close. Run your "Donations Report" for June, selecting category "New: June Donor" and this will provide a list of the NEW donors and the amounts they gave. | This is a good start, but the issue is that they want first time givers, not really new records. Someone may have been entered into the system years ago, but just this june finally gave. Is there a way to capture pre-existing people who have just in June given for the first time? |

If they are already within your system and then give in June they shouldn't show up. Only the *NEW* donors who are entered into the system should show up. I will pass your suggestion along to development, for a FIRST TIME GIVER REPORT, for those who give for the first time but were already previously in your system. Thank you for all your feedback!
