One check to pay for all outstanding pledges at once

Do we divide this check up into several different "Donations" all with the same check #, or is there a way to link multiple pledges to one payment?

Hi Chandell-
That would be my suggestion, so that you can show all pledges as fulfilled. For example: Cherie Medina made three $10.00 pledges to three of your walkers. She sent check 1239 in for the amount of $30.00 as you input for walker 1 you would indicate $10.00, tie it to a pledge, put check number, same for walker 2 and walker 3.
