Adding New Reasons for This Visits Posted: 25 Jun 2009 01:25 PM |
Hi there just a couple things!!!
Under "Case Visits" "What is the primary reason for this visit" we would like to add a couple of things there can we do that or are these pre done and cannot be changed?
Also under "Pregnancy Test" "Test Result" can that be left blank it automaticlly prefills POSITIVE then it can be filled in with the result by the client advocate. Sometimes they forget to change that and then it gives an incorrect number on the stats.
THANKS!!!! |

Hi Louanne-
Thanks for your feedback! You are correct, at this time, the CASE VISIT form is uneditable. I will pass your suggestion of having the PREGNANCY TEST form default to "blank" instead of positive. We so appreciate your input. Have a GREAT day!

Hi, Ashleigh. This is what I've been talking about, too. There really needs to be a "Miscellaneous Visit" for the Case Visit form as well as in the "Add New" drop down that is not tied to a Correspondence type.
Another suggestion is that all activity be visible under on the Case page. As it is now, neither Correspondence nor Notes show up.
Blessings,
Karole |

I agree that the "Primary Reason For Visit" should either be editable, or I would request that "Adoption Help" or "Post Adoption Help", and "Closets/Boutiques" be added.
We are really trying to focus on improving our adoption advocacy with clients, as well as our post adoption help... but that's not reflected here.
And... we need to know if clients are primarily coming for material supports or not. This would be the easiest way to track it, I think. |

Hi Munchkin-
Great to hear from you! Thank you for your post. There is currently an option within the "Case Visit" form for primary purpose that allows you to select "Baby/Maternity Supplies" so that is available to you now. The "Adoption" purpose would be selected as primary purpose "Individual Education" and you would subsequently add a new class titled "Adoption Help" or "Post Adoption Help." From there you would be able to pull your statistics from the Individual Education form. I will pass the suggestion along to development also, that you would prefer, having the ability to edit the "Primary Purpose" section within the Case Visit form. Again, thank you, for your feedback!
Blessings,

Oh- the reason I overlooked the fact that Baby/Maternity supplies wasn't on the list is that I could not find it when I pulled a Client Program Statistics report. It is really hard to find any useful data on baby/maternity supplies clients. I don't see much use for the current statistics on "how many items have been given away" by the centre. I realise we can see how many forms were filled out for closets and boutiques under activity statistics, but that still does not break it down by how many individual clients accessed such service.
And that is the same issue with not having Adoption Help as a case visit option. We like that we can choose "Post Adoption Help" in the case visit form, because that allows us to quickly see how many clients are in our post abortion program by pulling a client program statistics report.
It would be handy to get that same kind of number about adoption help and closet/boutiques from client program statistics.
I hope that makes sense! |

Hi Munchkin-
You are referring to multiple different reports and statistics that pull from different sources. The Client Program Statistics are pulled from group classes, individual education, and concepts shared. You can always verify with the source form to the right (or where it is gathering the information from).
The statistic that would help you get the specific information you are wanting is the "Client Visit Statistics" and column 2 will be "Primary Purpose." This will provide you the number of clients who come in for baby/maternity supplies.
When a client comes in for "Adoption" related information you would add a new case visit "Individual Education" as primary purpose, add new "Individual Education" form and select the class name. To create a class name you would click the box with the 3 dots to the right, select add new item on the upper left hand side, type class name "Post Adoption Help" the program type "Post Adoption Support." From there you can pull your Client Program Statistics OR Class Attendance Statistic for numbers.
If I can be of further assistance don't hesitate in contacting us. Have a GREAT day!
Blessings,
Ashleigh |

Okay, I understand how to get the stats you just mentioned through "client visit Statistics" and "Primary purpose for visit". What I was hoping for is the ability to break down the stats by individual client. Client visit statistics list every visit, no matter how many times a particular client comes.
I like the "client program statistics" report for the fact that it breaks down how many unique clients are accessing a particular service. That stat is somewhat available through "class attendance statistics", except that it says how many times every client attended a class, rather than saying how many clients participated in the program. Does that make sense?
Thanks again! |
