Baby Bottle Fundraiser Set-Up

Hi!

Can you help me set-up Events for our Baby Bottle fundraiser that begins this week-end? I thought I could set it up, but I do not think I did it properly. I need to keep track of the church donations, as well as, those who donate individually, but I want to link them to his/her church for a final total.

we set up our bottles sort of like our walk
The church is the "group name" - the church is the "group captain" - the individual bottle totals (whether an anonymous batch or identified via check or tags) are logged in as sponsors.

It seemed to work well for us...coin is fun stuff huh? Smiley

I hope you are being facetious! SmileyThat is defintely one aspect of my center I do not miss. We would dump all coins into a big popcorn bucket (that we got from our local movie theater) and then transport all to the bank on a single day. Those buckets got to be so heavy, not to mention the late churches would be counted by hand....no, I don't miss that part. Thank you for your feedback and your humor. You are appreciated. On a side note, you setup your event perfectly!
