Client I.D. numbers

| We use a numbering system for our client I.D.'s. Could you please add a field on the client forms where we could add our own client # for search/reference purposes? Thank you. |

We are considering adding a "search key" field to all files. It would appear under the General tab of the client/donor/staff file(s). This field would be a text data type which would allow you to put anything you wish in it. In your case, you could use it for the client id. We will then enhance the search form to allow you to search by key. Would that be acceptable?

Hi ckidd,
We added the keywords field for this purpose. You can add anything you wish to the keywords field on a file and then search by keyword in the search screen. Hope that helps.
