Activity forms
Posted: 19 Mar 2005 03:12 PM
Hi Brian,

When I try to access the activity forms in the client management it says add new form and when I click that it takes me to a page that says I don't have authorization to view that page.
How do I add activities for my clients?

Thanks,

Tracy

Hi Tracy,

Can you tell me the exact steps to reproduce your problem. If you have access to the client management area, you should also be able to add new forms to a client file.

More Info:

If your account is assigned the 'Director' role, you should have access to all areas of the program. If you are not part of the Director role, your userid will need to be part of the 'Client Management' role.

Hi Tracy,

After further research it appears you found a small bug. In order to add a form to a client file, under the activity tab, be sure to select the form name from the drop down list before you click the "Add New" button. If you don't select a form, you will get the error you described above. We will be posting a fix to the problem within a couple days. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks!
