Hi there!!
I am updating our Staff Managment and I noticed that everyone the I have as "Active" they show up in the Staff/Volunteer window in the Add New Appointment. Not everyone that is in our Staff Management sees clients, but they are "Active", Board Members, Support Staff, ect. Just wondering if I have that correct.

Louanne-
You are correct! If they are "Active" within their Staff file they are populated into your "Staff/Volunteer" list. You could mark board members, support staff, etc (those who DON'T see clients) as not active (by unchecking the box and selecting save and close) so they don't. However if you DO choose this option make sure to create a category "Inactive" so that when you pull your staff files you can filter out by category for those who are no longer serving your center.
