Walker lost money

| We have a situation where a walker has lost the money she collected from donors. We are doubtful that she will ever turn the money in. All donations were cash or pledges so there are no checks to verify donations. In the rush to enter data after the walk, the cash donations were recorded as received and acknowledgements were sent, eventhough the walker had not turned in her money. None of these donations were over $10 so we are not dealing with a significant amount of money. But now I don't know what to do to make our records accurate. I can cancel the pledges but for the cash donations I need to delete those somehow. Can you advise me? Thank you. |

| Hi, So sorry about the loss of funds. As for the pledges and donations, you can delete them individually from the activity tab of the individual donors. Just open the donation and next to save and close chose 'delete', then delete the pledges. Hope this helps :) |
