Help!

I have just now gotten into entering info in the client part of centerpiece. We do classes 1 on 1 on a weekly basis and I am not seeing how I can enter these on an ongoing basis....am I just missing it or is that not an option? I see how you have yours set to how many weeks a class is. We can be working on different subjects and there is no end for us untill a client decides she no longer wants to utilize the class.

Also as I am starting new for this year how can I enter clients we are still working with from last year versus NEW clients for this year. What I am looking for in a report is say we had a total of 700 visits this year but 135 are new to the center while the balance have been previous or are on going clients.

Also some of our clients come to us already pregnant and just start with parenting not with a pregnancy test.

Thanks,
Tracy

Question 1: Use the concepts shared form under the client activity list to track 1 on 1 class/counseling.

Questions 2: Today centerpiece counts all services entered on the first date (under the activity list) as a new visit. Any other forms added at a later date are considered return visits. In the near future, we are planning on implementing case numbers in order to be compliant with CareNet statistical reports. once cases are implemented you will be able to specify whether it is a new or return case.

Question 3: You still need to enter a pregnancy test for these clients. this way you can track them through the system as a pregnant client. they will also show up on the pregnancy test followup report to remind you to call back and get the outcome of their pregnancy. On the pregnancy test form you can check the "proof of pregnancy (pop)" checkbox under the test result. pop clients are considered pregnant clients that received their test results outside of your center. the stats also break out positive versus positive (pop) clients in the test results numbers.

hope that helps.
