pledge reversal

| We just received a call from a person who was listed as making a pledge for our recent campaign. He said he didn't know how we got his name and that he will not be making the pledge payment. How do we reverse out his pledge? |

Hi Jcrosby-
You would delete the pledge, delete him as a sponsor, and from there you can delete the donor file (once he is no longer tied to an event). If you need further assistance or I've been unclear, don't hesitate in contacting us further.
