Pledges & Donation Statements Walk for Life

| I can not get a statement to Print with the Group Leader and the Amount donated or pledged. Also, I am having problems getting the info for the Pledges!! I need HELP. I know that I did this in years past I am sure it is me and I am missing a step or two. |

| I have figured out the "Pledge" part but can't get the Event Group Capt. in the Batch Report. I see that there is not a column for that to mail merge it in. Is there another way? |

Hi Louanne-
Currently there is not a way to pull "Event Group Captain" into Batch Receipts via reports. An option would be to put the group captain in receipt comments area if you are wanting it to show. I will pass the suggestion along to development to make this field accessible within batch receipts. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have a GREAT day!

| I am also needing to insert the Group Captain's name in the Batch Receipts for our Walk For Life letter. We use the comments section for something else -- so can this please be added as an insertable field in the Batch Letters? We are hoping to send out our Walk Letters next week. |
