Problem in Event Group/Church

| Hopefully last one. Thank you all so much for your help. We have an event where the group captain's church is not showing up. If I click on the Group Captain, their church is indeed listed. This happened several months ago and is still happening. Please look at the Redding Banquet 2009 and you will see where many church's are not listed and all have a church. The donations therefore do not show up on the Event Group Contribution by Church Report. Thanks much.... |

Yes the donation forms do have the church affiliation.
I got it now though. For some reason these particular Group Captains church did not move over with the file when the Group was Added. I then have to Edit the Group, enter the Church in again, then Update Church on file during Save and it works. Thanks much.
I will call about the other problem with the donations going to the Group Captain's church instead of the Sponsor's church on the Event Group Contribution by Church Report.

The Event Group Contribution by Church Report does NOT specify by sponsors church, but by the group captain's church.
For Example:
Group Captain: Ashleigh Guilmette
Church: Grandview Christian Church
-Sponsor 1 Margie Mayes donates $100 Church: Holy Rollers
-Sponsor 2 Christi Johnson donates $125 Church: Southern Baptist Church
-Sponsor 3 Brian Paul donates $50 Church: Gateway Community
Within the Report it will show GROUP CAPTAIN, GROUP CAPTAIN'S CHURCH, and TOTAL(s) $275

| Hey, I am looking at a report that lists named Event Group Contributions by Group Captain. At the bottom are two figures--one is "total pledges received" and the other is "total donations received". Do you add those two together to get the total of monies received or are the pledges part of the total donations? |

When adding the two together, yes, this will provide you with the TOTAL MONIES RECEIVED but not the TOTAL RAISED as the unfulfilled pledges are not included in the above mentioned report. Don't hesitate in contacting us with any further questions. Have a FABULOUS day!

Hi! I am running the Event Contributions by Church report. In verifying some totals I have discovered that the Sum of Pledges and Sum of Donations does not equal the Group Captain's sum.
In this particular instance, there was only one group captain for this church. The total raised by her in pledges and donations was $205 if you look at the Event Sponsors' page. The Event Contribution by Church report shows $280 in pledges and $300 in donations.
I thought the Event Contribution by Church report showed totals that the group had raised, not a total of individual people sponsoring different groups.
Any ideas? |
