Problems with printer friendly

| I can't get my receipts to transfer to Micosoft Word properly. This just started on Thursday. When I send to MS Word, I get an error message "Missing file:https://www.ekyros.com:443/CP/Styles/PrinterFriendly/default.CSS". What must I do to correct this problem? |

| Thereas, Sorry you are having trouble. Be sure you are saving the statements and then exporting to Word. If you continue to have trouble please call me 469.293.3079 ext 104, Thanks |
