Ultrasound Stats

What needs to be entered in the client file in ekyros in order to track the ultrasounds done? When I go to our "CareNet Report", it lists 7 ultrasounds for this year, when we have actually done 10. All 10 of these ultrasounds have been entered into ekyros, with ultrasound as the primary reason for the visit.
Thanks.

Angelacker-

Thanks for your great post! This can be confusing, and thankfully has been addressed before in a previous post, so I do have your answer.Smiley

Sarah stated in the "Sonogram Reporting" thread ".....the Care Net report only records conclusive sonograms. If you'll notice on the actual Care Net report, the instructions for the sonogram section says, "The following questions refer only to those clients who received an ultrasound at your center and were found to be pregnant." For this reason, only conclusive sonograms are counted.

When getting your own internal reports together for your board, you have the ability to break out your inconclusive/conclusive sono stats, or lump them together--whichever you and your board prefer to see. This is all done by running the Sonogram Statistic and selecting the measures that you would like."

If I can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
