| I am trying to run a report that will show me a donors pledge amount what or if they have paid on it and what anyone else has paid toward a certain Event. I want it all together on one report. Is there anyway to do this. I have tried tying them all together through catagories & events but still no luck in getting everyone all together. It is for a Capital Camp. that we a having and it would make it so much easier seeing everyones pledge amounts, amounts paid toward a pledge, and onetime gifts all on one report. |

| Have you tried running the Pledges report? When viewing as a list you can see the amount of the pledge and the amount received (what's been paid). You can also sort by the "Event Name" column to view all payments by event. That should get you close to what you are asking. Hope that helps. |

From what I understand, you are wanting a report that will show you ALL donations and pledges (paid or to be paid) in one report, for a specific event is this correct?

| Yes that's is fine for the pledges but we also have people that have given to the same campaign a one time gift. The Event does not give the total pledge amounts. And it also will list every donation that the person has give but not a grand total. (does that make sense). |

Thank you for the clarification, it's appreciated! I have one additional question, you mention both event and campaign, how are you tracking this in eKYROS? If I understood the step by step process there may be another way to pull your information. Thank you for your patience and playing 20 questions 
Currently we do not have a report that specifically displays pledges AND donations (one-time gifts or multiple) for a specific EVENT. I will pass this suggestion along to development, as I understand the value this type of event overview would have.

I do have it under Event and under Campaign and the people that have pledged under pledges.

No apology necessary. At this point you cannot pull a report from Donor Management that will include BOTH pledges and donations for a specific event, however you can pull 2 reports that will give you this information. Please follow the steps below to receive the results I believe you are hoping for. If I can be of further assistance, or this isn’t what you were hoping for, please let me know.
REPORT FOR DONATIONS RECEIVED:
-Click on Donor Management
-Click on Reports
-Click on Donations
-Select your date range (be sure to go far enough back to include all donations such as
underwriting if you tracked that).
-Select your Event (example: Banquet 2008)
-Click Run Report
-From here you can export
-You could also follow the same steps with the “Donations by Designations” Report as you indicated you tracked this as well. Both reports should provide you with the same result.
REPORT FOR PLEDGES GIVEN:
-Click on Donor Management
-Click on Reports
-Click on Pledges (bottom of the page)
-Select your date range (be sure to go far enough back to include all donations such as
underwriting if you tracked that).
-Select your Event (example: Banquet 2008)
-Click Run Report
-From here you can export and copy, then paste report into the same document that
has the donations report that has been exported, so they are in the same document.
