Center Productivity Report

Hi everyone!
In the Center Productivity Report, I'm wondering why the number of New Client Visits doesn't match the number of Initial Visits. Can you help?

Hi Aimee,
New Client Visits: Is based on the number of Case Visit forms you entered. Where the first visit = new.
Initial Visits: Is based on the number of Initial Visit forms you entered.
If a client visited your center, and your staff did not enter an Initial Visit form, chances are the numbers won't match.
