CarNet Report
Posted: 06 Apr 2009 10:03 AM
We are getting totally frustrated. We know that so far this year we have had 3 abortion minded positive test clients. We have noted that initial assessment on the pregnancy test page. yet, when we check to make sure the statistics are correct so far it only shows 1. Why is this report not counting all of our stats correctly? What do we need to do to make this right?

Chris-
I am so sorry for your frustration. The CareNet Report can seem daunting and overwhelming, I remember this report very well from my center :). You can access the CareNet Report User Guide at http://www.ekyros.com/Pub/Default.aspx?tabindex=1&tabid=19 it is towards the bottom of the page with our other user guides. This tells you where EVERY question on the report is pulled from, and how to pull the corresponding statistic yourself to verify the numbers.

If you are still experiencing difficulty please don't hesitate to call us! 469-293-3079 we are here to help you.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

We have that information. We can't figure out why it is not telling us the correct information. we know where they take the report from. We've checked that place. We have done 6 ultrasounds (positive clients only) but it says we have only done 4.

We think there may be another issue attached to this. We've had the same problem with it telling us we don't have some clients that were positive test clients that were abortion or vulnerable.

The ones that aren't being counted have also either miscarried or the ultrasound was inconclusive. If that is the case the information is not truly being taken from the place you say it is. If it is a positive test - no matter if the conclusion is a miscarrage or an us that is inconclusive it should still count them. Even if the client's us is inconclusive they may still be pregnant... they may have lied about their last men period and that is why the us is inconclusive... They are still pregnant and they seem to be carrying to term.

The miscarrage did choose life and then miscarried... she should be included in the report.

Hi Chris,

I just wanted to jump in the conversation about inconclusive sonograms and the Care Net report. Because of the report instructions from Care Net, this report does *not* count inconclusive sonograms. The below forum thread is about this very topic and will hopefully give you a bit more information about this:

As Ashleigh said, don't hesitate to let our staff know if we can help you with this further.Smiley

In Him,

Sarah
