"Dear" on donation receipt

| I haven't seen how to put "Dear Mr. Doe" or "Dear John" on a donation receipt along with our customized letter. Can you tell me how? |

Thank you for the great question! When either creating OR editing a letter you have the option to "Insert Merge Field" if you click the downward arrow it provides you with a drop down menu. This provides you multiple options including first name.
