how heard about us report

Hello,
Is there a way to run a repot that breaks down how specific client types have heard about us?
I am interested in seeing how pregnancy test clients specifically have heard about us. Thanks |

Hi, LauraF!
There is a report on the Statistics page called "Initial Visit Form". When you select this, you would then select "How client heard about us" in Column 2 of the stat and run the report.

I am asking if there is a way to find out how pregnancy test clients ONLY heard about us. I do not see a measure for that in the Initial Visit Form. It gives me stats on all clients seen without breaking it down into client types as far as I can see. Am I missing something there?

Hi LauraF,
Currently, there is not a way to get this specific stat you are asking about. This data ("how the client heard about you") is tracked on the Initial Visit Form, and this specific form does not ask for a specific type of client this is. The Initial Visit Stat pulls data specifically entered on this form, which means that this "How you heard about us" stat will pull from ALL clients who have an Initial Visit form entered in their files.
I hope that makes sense. I'm so sorry that this isn't exactly what you are looking for.

Hello,
I had asked about this issue in September (finding out how PREGNANCY TEST clients herad about us)- I am wondering if any thought has been given to adding this statistic feature?
I really need to know how pregnancy test clients are finding out about us in order to make wise advertising decisions. Our previous ACCESS database was able to tell me this. I am frustrated that I can't get this information now.
I don't have to worry about advertising to materials program clients- we have more than enough of those who find us without advertising!

| Hey Laura, thanks for the question. Here is what to do: 1) select CLIENT MANAGEMENT 2) select from the lefthand vertical tabs STATISTICS 3) under APPOINTMENTS AND VISITS select the 4th selection INITIAL VISIT STATISTIC 4) on the top right 'measures' select HOW CLIENT HEARD ABOUT US. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, at this time, the only way to pull this report is as Christi suggested. We don't have the specific "measure" for what type of appointment it was. I will AGAIN pass this onto our development team and explain, as you did, how it would be helpful for your marketing assessment and WHERE your exposure is having the most impact.

Another suggestion, per our wonderful Margie:
-Run a "Pregnancy Test Statistic" to get a list of by month/quarter/year
-Alphabetize and export it
-Compare to "Initial visit stat" (which each pregnancy test client has to have an initial visit form filled out) list side by side.
Again, I know these are added steps, and I apologize for any inconvenience. I will pass this suggestion onto development. THANK YOU!

| It has been awhile since I was looking for the stat on how a client found us. I am trying to do our Care Net report now and ...am I missing something or is the "Initial Visit Stastic" selection no longer there??? How do I find this, please? thank you |

Hi LauraF,
This is a measure in your Client Case Statistic called "HowHeardAboutUs". You would pull your Client Case Statistic and choose your year then in Measure 2 choose "HowHeardAboutUs". Is this what you are looking for?

Hi Laura,
You are correct, this stat is no longer located there. You will need to login to CenterPiece, click on Client Management, click on Statistics, Click on Client Case Statistics, Column 2--Measure will be HowHeardAbout, click Run Report. Also keep in mind that the CareNet Report has drill down capability, meaning if you click on the number, within the CareNet report, it will provide you the list of clients included in that count. We also provide extensive online training videos on the CareNet Report on where the information is pulled from and how it ties into the CareNet Report. To access these videos login to CenterPiece, click on Help tab, along the left hand side click "Online Training Center" and review the CareNet Report videos under client management.
