Inactive client files

Aside from checking active or inactive is there any way to run a report from the client files with date of last appointment ? Does that make sense?

Cece-

Great question! Can you clarify exactly what you are trying to pull and the purpose so I can better understand what you are needing? Also, how are you currently trying to pull this data from the reports/statistics?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Ashleigh,

We are trying to purge our client files by using a date....let's just say any client name since 1/2004....so we can generate a list of files that can be pulled out....

I have tried several differnt ways in the reports section, but have not had any luck. Am I missing something?

Casey-

Great question! I think this could be a possible solution to your dilemma at this point.

-Under the CLIENT MANAGEMENT tab select REPORTS

-select the report CLIENT FILES you can pull clients who were created within a certain time
period. For example "Date Created: From: 01/01/2004 To: 03/09/2009 You can also select
other filters that would apply (Active/Inactive, Center location, etc).

-When you are finished selecting your criteria you could select RUN REPORT.

-Once the list is generated you can click on FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, or any other
headers and organize to your preferences.

-Export to your preferred program (MS Word, MS Excel, Web Page) and save/print

If this doesn't answer your question, or you need further help, please contact us again! I will forward your report suggestion onto our development team and hopefully this can be available in a future release.

Blessings,
Ashleigh
