missing amount in report as a letter

I have been working on this issue for several days now and am not sure what the problem is....I'm trying to print a monthly receipt from my "donations". When I pull the report and view it as a list...the amount is there. When I pull down "view as a letter"....it says there is a "missing amount". I have gone back and tried other months that I have already sent out and it says the same thing. Is this a glitch in ekyros system or am I formatting something wrong. thanks so much

ShawnD,

Thanks for your post. I have tried this in our demo database and I think I see the problem. The mail merge field "AmountReceived" seems t have replaced the previous field named "Amount". If you change the mail merge field to the "AmountReceived", everything should work properly.
