New Receipts

Thanks for the updated notes from last night. Can you let me know how I can now clear the "Print Receipt" box after receipting? There used to be a Clear Batch Receipts box, but that box is no longer there. I'm hoping that there is a way to still do that.

Hi Melissa,
Yes, we are going to add that button back within the next day or so. The button will appear under "Step 4" in the batch details (no longer on the batch receipt report). That way you can review your saved statements, export to Word, and finally clear the flag. I'll reply back here once we post the update. |

Hi Melissa,
FYI...We posted a small update over the weekend that adds the "Clear Print Receipts" button back. It's located under the Batch Details screen (Donor Management/Receipting and click "Edit" on an existing batch in the list). If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks! |
