Helpline Volunteer Computer

Hi, there. We run our 24 hour hotline through our volunteer's computers at there homes. One of our volunteers is having problems entering new clients to schedule an appointment. Here is what she wrote me:

" I have the same computer problem booking an appointment as I did a couple weeks ago. After I input new client's name and hit the ... I get a message "An error has occurred in the script on the page" with a yellow triangle icon with exclamation inside it. It will not allow me to input her name after this or proceed with appt. Any suggestions? "

I told the volunteer I would reach out to you to see what you suggest. She has changed the setting for Pop-Up to be allowed from e-Kyros when she first started, so I do not think that is the problem. I will forward any suggestions you have to her.

Thank you!
Melissa

melissa,

My guess is that her version of Internet Explorer is not current or that the program itself has a bug. I would suggest that she download and install IE version 7 and see if that fixes the issue.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Bless you,

Tommy
