Pledges

| I have a question regarding pledges. After a pledge is fulfillled is there a way to make it inactive without changing totals? For example; Banquet pledge 2007 remains open and a new pledge comes in for 2008. You have the option fo choosing either pledge. I would like to be able to only choose the current (08) pledge. I do see that there is a cancel box on the bottom of the pledge intake form but I am concerned that if you use that it will cancel all records of the old pledge. I would like to be about to make the 2007 inactive, if possible. Is there a way? |

I apologize AGAIN for the delayed response to your post! Currently this is unavailable, however I will pass your suggestion along to our development team, as I do see the necessity of this type of function. Thank you for all your feedback and suggestions, they are greatly appreciated.
