Ministry Sync compatability

| We used Ministry Sync for our Banquet this past year and loved the program because of its ability to seat guests as well as its e-mail capability. We were able to send invitations, confirmations, and reminders with special graphics via e-mail. We were also able to send a link to our table captains which allowed them the ability to register their guests online. The one thing we didn't like about the program was that we were not able to upload or download information from your program to theirs. Double data entry is very time-consuming and inherently results in discrepencies in data. Ministry Sync has informed us that they are willing to work with you so that the two programs could work together. Please consider working with them. Both softwares together would create a much needed and awesome Banquet program. |

Thank you for your feedback! I will again forward this information on to our development team. We are currently in the process of completely revamping the Event portion of our Donor Management to better serve our customers. We look forward to the completion of this project.

I was wondering if there has been any progress with tying into Ministry Sync? We have used them for four banquets now and are sure there are contacts lost because of the lack of compatibility to merge files.

Hi Audrey,
Yes, we have make progress on our connector that allows you to download transactions from Ministry Sync straight into your CenterPiece account. We will keep you updated when our testing is over and it is ready to be released.

Hi agriffin,
Yes, we have made progress here. We are developing a connector for MinsitrySync (MS) that will allow you to download gifts received from a MinistrySync event directly into CenterPiece (CP) Donor Management database. It will work with both walks and banquets.
The benefits are that you no longer have to export from MS and import (manually or re-key) donor names and gifts into CenterPiece after your event. We are close to completing work on the intitial development and plan to open a beta test for the connector within a month or so. If you are interested be sure to contact your eKYROS account manager get on the beta participant list.

| I was wondering how close this was to being completed. We just finished our walk and would like to upload it from MS to eKYROS. |

Hi adlane,
We are very close to releasing this feature. It is built out and in beta testing. I can't give a firm date, but if all goes smoothly we are hoping to have this feature out by the end of this month. Again, I can't guarantee that time frame, because it does depend on continued development, but that is our goal. Thank you for your excitement...we are excited too!
If you'd like to use it, we can set you up with the beta version for now to get those transactions into CenterPiece without having to manually enter them. Email me at amyc@ekyros.com if you'd like to take advantage of the beta test.

| What is the latest status on this development? This would be helpful to our center as well. We use MinistrySync for our banquet and our Walk for Life. It is very time consuming to input from one to the other. |

We actually developed this and it is available to centers now through our Online Giving Integration connect. We provide extensive training material (user guides and videos) on how to utilize this. Please contact your Account Manager and we can assist you in getting started.
