Client File Summary in Bulk

Is there a way to print the Client File Summaries for all of our existing clients, or according to certain parameters, as one report? Or...is this report only available from within the invidividual client files? Thanks much in advance for your help!

This request was actually the work around for the problem of tracking client's children's ages. Our program allows them to participate until their child is age 3. The Board of Directors wanted to make a change to age 2. The only place that info is listed is the individual file summary. I have no way to tell them, from one report, how many women that will impact. Additionally, to be able to print them in bulk would give us a way to just review our files and make sure we're catching all the data. The ages on the forms will only update when they are reprinted. We could reprint them as we go after each visit, however, that won't give me a snapshot of where our program is today, unless of course, all the ladies were to come in on one day so we could update all their files at once. :):) I would envision us printing our forms and updating our files probably twice per year so we can design our program around our client's needs.
If I could get this information as one report, an additional use would be to track where my ladies are with their kids, pregnancy, etc. so I can design classes for my current demographic. Example: If I could run one report showing me I have 15 women who currently have 2 year olds, or all the women who have suffered a miscarriage, or all the women who have had an abortion, I could design our class electives around their needs. The pregnancy history module has wonderful programming info in it that a director could find very useful, if we could get it out in an inclusive format instead of only individually.

Hi Kellyt,
This is really great feedback, and we value your input so very much! If I understand you correctly, ideally you would like to be able to run specific stats and reports on the data that is collected in the pregnancy history form, right? Would this also include the data that is tracked when setting a pregnancy outcome (in our system pregnancy HISTORY and pregnancy OUTCOMES are tracked separately)? For example, are you wanting this report to show a list of ALL women who have ever had a miscarriage (whether they were a client at the time or not, so some were entered as "outcomes" and others as "history")? Or another example...you would want this report to show ALL clients who have a 2 year old (whether this data was entered as either a pregnancy history OR a pregnancy outcome)? I hope that makes sense. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
