Staff Management

Hello! I am just getting to know eKYROS and was wondering if I could get some help with staff management somewhere? We have lots of staff/volunteers that we would like to keep track of. We would like to be able to track their training and then run reports to see who is where in their training, etc. Is this possible? If so, could you point me in the direction of a user's guide or instructions somewhere? Thank you so much!

Charise,

Thanks for your post! You can track any training information in the Notes section of each staff/volunteer record. You will add this to a staff/volunteer record by selecting "Add New > Note" and then entering the information. You can then view this under the Notes tab in the staff/volunteer record.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you need any additional assistance.

Bless you,

Tommy

is it possible to run a report of a staff listing that includes the notes in columns?

That way you don't have to go into each individual file to view notes, but could get a quick snapshot for reporting purposes

Hi Sue, Thank you for the inquiry. Today, the software does not provided a column for notes in the Staff Files Report. Currently, on any staff file you could view the notes on the File Summary Report. Creatively, if it is just a small note to indicate something, you could use an empty text field on their General Tab for a note, and it would be viewable on the Staff Files Report. As a final suggestion, you have the availability of setting a follow up with comments that are viewable by running the Staff Follow Up Report. Thank you again, Christij
