Baby Bottle Fundraiser Set-Up Posted: 16 Jan 2009 11:15 AM |
Hi!
Can you help me set-up Events for our Baby Bottle fundraiser that begins this week-end? I thought I could set it up, but I do not think I did it properly. I need to keep track of the church donations, as well as, those who donate individually, but I want to link them to his/her church for a final total.

we set up our bottles sort of like our walk
The church is the "group name" - the church is the "group captain" - the individual bottle totals (whether an anonymous batch or identified via check or tags) are logged in as sponsors.
It seemed to work well for us...coin is fun stuff huh?

I hope you are being facetious! That is defintely one aspect of my center I do not miss. We would dump all coins into a big popcorn bucket (that we got from our local movie theater) and then transport all to the bank on a single day. Those buckets got to be so heavy, not to mention the late churches would be counted by hand....no, I don't miss that part. Thank you for your feedback and your humor. You are appreciated. On a side note, you setup your event perfectly!
