Year End Receipts

Greetings! We have been using the batch receipts throughout the year... a wonderful tool!. Now it is time for our first year end receipts. I know how to add some comments just before the records section by creating a letter (thanks to your help previously). Is there an easy way to eliminate the bottom portion of the receipt that is usually mailed back in with another donotation?
Or maybe someone has another way of sending out these year end receipts. Do others export info to excel or mail merge with Word? If so, what merge elements do you use? Any help?
I must say that we are excited about the power of ekyros when preforming these kind of tasks. (Our director is also looking forward to producing her first year end report with ekyros!)

Tim-
Great question, and I apologize for the delay in response. When pulling your batch receipts in the report options there is a field titled "Address on Receipt" before the "Run Report" button. You can check/uncheck the "Show return payment stub on bottom of report" and choose whether or not you want it shown on the receipt.
The center I previously worked with would run the report for the batch receipts and just add/select a letter that would show on the receipt. For example "Thank you for helping make 2008 a year of change and enabling us to expand! You are appreciated" From there it can be exported to word, printed, and stuffed into envelopes.
