I have computers with Windows XP that print the client summary fine. A computer with Windows Vista will not print the report. Is there something special that needs to be done on Vista? |

Hi jlkpr,
I need more details in order to help you. If you can get back to me with answers to the questions below, I might be able to help you. The main thing we need to determine is if the problem is with the Vista printer setup.
1 - Is a the Vista machine connnected to a printer?
2 - What is the default printer set to on Vista?
3 - Can you print from other programs?
4 - How are you printing from CenterPiece? Are you export the report to MS Word? Or to an Html page?
5 - Are you getting an error? If so, what is it?
If it turns out to be a problem with the Vista printer setup, you'll need to get your local computer support person to help you setup it up correctly.
