Hi, Sarah and Tom.
I am trying to print my Batch Receipts for donors, but it they will not line up on my paper. It either becomes too long, where it continues onto a second page, or it is too short, and the perferation cuts off part of the receipt. I am using invoice paper w/ perferation 31/2" from the bottom of the page.
I actually had this problem a couple of other times. I was told, in the past, that it was our Word program, but I have tried to print them from other computers, when having this issue (including my own at home), but nothing seems to help. In the past it self-adjusts randomly, but I really need to print ASAP.

I would be glad to call you and help you with this. I would reply here, but I need a little more information. Which center are you from? In which City and State?
