Church Letters

| Is there a way to send letters to letters to all the churches that participating in the walk that gives them the total they raised. I noticed there is on the Walkers but cannot figure out how to do the churches. |

Hello mdasher!
Yes, you can send letters to all churches that have had participants in the walk.
First, you need to make sure that all of the Churches are assigned to the appropriate walker. This is done under the Groups in the Event details.
Then, you can print a report called "Event Group Contributions by Church" under the reports menu. This will give you a list of all Churches associated with the Group Captains (walkers).

| When I exported this list to Excel it did not give me the address fields needed to actually merge my letters though. |

I believe I understand what you are trying to so. Currently, we don't have a report that does exactly what you need that includes the addresses of the churches.
I will add this idea to our feedback list and see what we can do in future releases!

Hi mdasher,
We need to enable ListView, Letter and Labels view to this report. That way, you can compose your letters right within CenterPiece. In terms of timing, I'm hoping we can update the report today. If not, I commit to you that we will post an update no later than Monday 10/24. |

FYI: We released on update that includes the enhancements to the report. The report now supports letters, labels and listview. I hope that helps! |
