drop downs

Hi,
I have a new computer. I am not able to see the whole drop down lists, ie concepts shared. I know it is probably a simple setting change. Could you please help me. Thanks Sandi |

Sandi,
If you are on a new computer, I would check your Display Settings (under Control Panel) and see if you can increase the resolution on your monitor. Settings like 1024 x 728 or higher are great for viewing CenterPiece. The minimum resolution is 800 x 600 to view CenterPiece properly.

Hi Sandidavis,
Another idea to try is to check your computer's default font size setting. I have known a few people whose font size affected their ability to see drop down lists. Here is how to check this....
1. From your computer's desktop, RIGHT click on your mouse to pull up a menu. From this menu, select "Properties" which will pull up a small pop-up window.
2. From this "Display Properties" box, click on the "Appearance tab."
3. From the Appearance tab, towards the bottom of this tab, you should see a "Font" setting. Reset this font to "Normal." Also make sure to hit "Apply" after you have reset this.
