My Firefox versions is the 3.0.1, but I can not access eKyros through this I continue to get the "Load the latest version" message.
I was able to access through Internet Explorer, which I don't like to use due to Error Messages that pop up. I entered a new client, but when I tried to 'Add New' Case an Error Message poped up and locks me out from doing anything else with this new client.

Claire,

Thanks for the post, especially since I know there are a few Firefox users out there. We only support Internet Explorer since testing other browsers would take much more development time and therefore cost. Also, this allows us to roll out new features more quickly for you!

We are trying to keep the prices as low as possible for you, so we have chosen to only support IE.

Bless you and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/35

You can download am add on for fire fox that give you an IE tab. Then when you go to open Ekyros, right click and select open with IE tab.

You have to remember that Ekyros is meant for IE so when using FF you may see some differences, but it is functional.

Sandi,

Thanks for your post. I, too, have tried that addon for Firefox and it works, but with limited success. Some pages are not rendered correctly and look odd. Also, I wouldn't count on it for data entry, because we have not tested to see if Firefox will enter the data corectly into the correct fields.

So, I wouldn't recommend it for the time being. It's a bit risky when you have valuable client data at stake.

Bless you,

Tommy
