Donor Labels by zip code

Is there a way that we can print our donor labels and have them organized by zip code. This greatly reduces the time when we are doing mass mailings of 1700+ donors.

Thanks for your post! Yes, you can sort by any of the headings when you view the list. Just click on the "Zip" header and it will sort either ascending or descending, whichever one you like. Then when you print your labels, they will print in that order.

Hi there,
I have good news for you! There is a very easy way for you to sort your labels. First, you will need to run the report that you would like to use. Then, in the "View As" menu (top left of your screen) select the option of "List." From the "List" view, you can sort your data by clicking on any of the column titles. So, if you would like to sort your list by Zip Code, then simply click on the "Zip Code" column header. You can click this again to sort in either ascending OR descending order. Once you have sorted your list, now select "Labels" from the "View As" menu, and your labels will stay sorted in the same order as your list.
