running statistical reports

Is there a way to run a report that will list all the clients except pregnancy tests?

We ran a pregnancy test statistical report to audit those files and now want to run an audit on all those client who did not come in for pregnancy tests.

Hi Andrea,

There really isn't a statistic specifcally designed to analyze ONLY your clients who did NOT have pregnancy tests (or are not pregnant). You can run many different stats on the specific services that WERE provided, but not really the services that were NOT provided. For example, you could run the STD stat to analyze those particular clients, but almost assuredly, most of them have also had pregnancy tests at your center. You could also run the Client Visit Stat, using the measure of "Visit Type" to look specifically at your client visits who came in for material services or counseling only, but again, I'm sure there would be many of those clients who also had pregnancy tests (on another visit).

If you would like to specifically track the clients who are NOT pregnant that are coming to your center, I would suggest that you create a Category (found at the bottom of the General tab in the client file) to track this specific group of clients.

In Him,

Sarah
