CCCC ask us to calculate abortion minded, abortion vulnerable clients, but I don't see a place to do that. Am I missing something? |

Hi InGodsHands,
Yes, you can definitely track pregnancy intentions in CenterPiece (abortion minded, abortion vulnerable, carry to term, etc). Pregnancy Intentions are tracked on the Pregnancy Test Form (before and after the pregnancy test), the Sonogram Form (before and after the sonogram), and the Case Form (pregnancy intentions AT LAST CONTACT).
You can also run a variety of different statistics to analyze the pregnancy intentions of your clients.
Could you tell me what CCCC stands for? Just curious to know.
Thanks!

Sarah, I found where I can track through the preg test, but I won't use that if a client comes in already pregnant and wants information. We experience this quite a bit. Would it be possible to add "abortion procedure" to the reason for visit dropdown? |

Hi again,
Even if a client comes to you already knowing that she is pregnant and you do not test her at your center, it's still a very good idea to enter a Pregnancy Test Form for her. For clients like this, just make sure to mark the small check box right below the "Test Result" question that records that the client did NOT have her test at the center, but provided some proof of pregnancy (each center has different guidelines on what her "proof" needs to be).
It's important to enter a Pregnancy Test Form in situations like this so that you can track her pregnancy intentions, due date, pregnancy outcome, and more.
Hope this helps,
Sarah |
