Printing the client summary report

We have printed the report with no problems through July. I returned from vacation Aug 10 and I printed a report yesterday and it was missing right side of page data. I looked back and all the clients reports done in Aug are missing data. I was wondering if there has been any changes to the printing format.
We also printed the form for new clients and we changed the margins for top and bottom and removed the headings row. I now also see that the date of printing is not on the form because we removed the headings. Please reinstate the bottom heading to print the date.

Hi Rrozansky,
How are you printing--are you exporting to a web page or Word before you print, or are you just hitting the "print" button? I tested this out on my end by hitting the print button and by exporting and all of the data on the Client File Summary Report printed completely. If you could tell us the exact steps you're going through to print, that will help us pinpoint the problem.
Also, I am unsure of your second question. Is it an Office Form that you are trying to print? I was unsure what you meant by "the form for new clients." Can you give us more detail on what you are referring to? Thanks so much!

Hi there, rrozansky!
I would guess that it's either the printer software OR Microsoft Word that has gotten changed somehow.
I would suggest a couple of things:
1) Make sure that your printer has the newest drivers.
2) Try printing to a different printer.
3) Try priting a normal letter of something from that computer and see if it looks OK.
or
4) Try saving the exported Word document to a disk (or memory stick) and take to another computer and try to print.
If none of these seems to help, let us know and we will see what we can do.

To print we are hitting the "print" button. If you can give me your fax number I can send you the 2 different printings before July and after July.
Regarding the printing of forms its on the client reports page. It shows office forms. I have tried to adjust to print on one sheet. If you can make some of the spacing smaller, it may fit on one page. Thats also where I took off the header & footer. I replaced the footer to show the date of printing, and extended the margins.

Hello again!
I just wanted to update you that we posted a small update to the system last night, that should hopefully make it easier/cleaner for you to print using the "Print" button at the top of the File Summary Report. Hopefully this will help resolve the issue you are having. :)
