updating ultrasound and pt due dates

We pull a due date follow-up sheet at the end of every month for the clients that should be having a baby in that month. Would it be possible to add the option to the ultrasound sheet to update the due date according to the date given at the us? We are finding that alot of the girls due dates are not accurate and when we call them its been a month since they had the baby. I think it could look something like the box we check to update their preg intentions, since we already input their due date according to the us.
