feature on apointment book

| it would be great if there was alittle indicator of some kind to see that a resource room has gotten blocked out for sure for each apointment from the main apointment screen. that would prevent overbooking of space. lots of times we will have a call center volulnteer making the apoointment that is just learning ekyros and they get flustered if there isnt a room open or get sidetracked and dont ever block out the space. then we end up with double bookings. If there was some kind of star or check mark on the main screen to say that that part of the apointment had been done without reopening the edit screen on each apointment time that would be very helpful.. thanks all. hugs see you at Nifla confrence. Hi Gail,
Let me make sure I understand you correctly....you would like to see some type of indicator next to each appointment on the DAY tab of the appt book that indicates whether or not a resource has actually been booked for each appt.? Am I correct? You would like to see this on the Day tab? This would be just a "yes" or "no" indicator?
