CareNet user guide

I am trying to download the user guide that is linked to the carenet report. There is some information that is reported in the report that I would like to know where it pulls that information from in ekyros. The link is not working. Could you email the user guide if it tells you were the information is gathered from. Example: #7 in the report states how many women received pregnancy options counseling. Our number reported is way below what I would expect which tells me that we are probably not entering that information in the correct place. I would like to correct this in our charting but don't know where to enter it so that this number accurately reflects our counseling.

Thanks,
Threesa

Threesa,

Sorry about that link! The Care Net user guide is available on our public website. It is under the PRC Software Tab and is the first download under User Guides.

Here is a direct link:

http://www.ekyros.com/Pub/DesktopModules/ViewDocument.aspx?DocumentID=69

As far as your example, if the user guide is not clear, let me know and I can tell you exactly where stas are being pulled from.

Hope this helps!

Bless you,

Tommy
