Sonogram Questions Posted: 11 Feb 2005 11:35 AM |
On the Sonogram stats, when you do the drill down, is it possible to have the data be listed by date of activity, with the most recent date first?
It would be very helpful to be able to enter the number of weeks in decimals, not just whole numbers or even in the number of days, not just a whole week.
Also, in our center we track how far along a client is number of weeks and if that makes a difference in her mind being changed. Would it be possible to break things out into the following groups in stead of by trimester or in addition to trimester?
< 7 weeks
7.1 - 9 weeks
9.1 - 12 weeks
12.1 - 16 weeks
16.1 - 20 weeks
>20 weeks
Thanks!
Catherine

Sorting drilldowns:
I'll take a look at the stats drill down and see if we can make each column in the table sortable. It will work the same way as the "Client Births" report where you can click on the column header to sort the values. this way you can sort on any column you wish. you can aslo toggle between asc and desc by clicking the column header twice.
Decimals in Weeks:
hmmm...that's interesting and the first time i've heard of this request. help me understand...why do you need that detailed of a reporting. what do decimal weeks give you?
Trimester:
Some centers use the trimester a lot. so we can't remove it. but i like the idea of adding the range of weeks. i'll add it to the feature list. thanks.

Hi Brian,
You do the weeks in decimals to show days. For example, if the girl is 7 weeks and 3 days, you would enter 7.3.
Thanks,
