Brian,
First, I would like to tell you how absolutely seamless our first QuickBooks transfer went last week. I am thrilled at the amount of time we have saved already! This really has our CEO and Financial Administrator excited.
Once we posted the information in eKYROS, I was reporting the amounts raised to the 'powers that be' by adding the total pledges to the total donations from the Event Management screen. I just exported to Excel, and discovered that when we post a payment to a pledge, it adds the $$ to donations, but does not decrease pledges. This means that the amount raised is equal to the donations plus pledges minus pledge payments.
At our banquet this year, the speaker did such a good job of explaining the need for one-time donations as well as monthly support that lots of our donors gave both, and also included the first monthly payment on their pledge with the form! We entered for each of those donors, a one-time donation, a pledge and a pledge payment (donation applied to pledge) all in the same day. I'm sure that's not normal, however, the way the screen reads on Event Management could be misleading.
All that was to ask, is there a way to add a column that shows amount paid on pledges to the Event Management Screen?
Finally, you guys are so awesome to respond to all the requests you have so quickly and efficiently. Your customer support far exceeds any other company I've ever dealt with. Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks for your encouraging words! I'm so glad to hear that the QuickBooks Connector is working well for you!
We'll take a look at your request to add an "amount paid on pledges" to the Events summary screen. Thanks for your great feedback, Mitch (as always!!).

This is something that we have talked about adding down the road to a future QuickBooks Connector enhancement. I am guessing that your CEO would find this capability helpful, right?
