Categories not sticking

In Donor management, under one file, I insert a tenth category code in the List of same, Close that list, and then I Apply two category codes from that list to this Donor. The two that were applied show up on the Donor Form below the Categories button as expected.
However, I then Save and Close the Donor form and re-open that form for that donor and there are no applied categories listed for this Donor.
Am I seeing a real bug? Am I the first to report it?

Hi Keithm,
Thanks for letting us know about this. We just walked through the exact steps that you gave, but were unable to reproduce the issue that you are having. Can you try to add a category again (making sure to hit the save button after you apply the category)? Hopefully, you will not encounter this issue again. Let us know what you find

| Seems to have been related to a shortage of memory at that time on that PC. Several other things in Centerpiece also would "not stick" or work only partially (New Designation type, Hold Mail Flag setting, etc.). May have been due to a RealNetworks background task trying to get me to let it install an update. |

Hi Keith,
So...your saying things are working correctly now? I can assure you that if this was a problem related to our service, we would be flooded with calls. If you are still having problems, see if you can duplicate in another machine and let me know. Thanks! |
