Number of total clients seen

Where would be the best place in statistics for me to look at the number of total clients we saw for 2004? Also, considering that we do not enter a form for every client visit.

You can check the Clients Served Stats. But you have to enter a form for it to count towards this total. All forms entered on the same date count as 1 client served. This total (for now) also inludes appointments which may increase the count a bit. but this is the recommended way. the next version won't count appointments and/or correspondence in the total.
the other option is to run the appointments stats and use the appointment status measure. here you can see the count of show versus no show for the year. but this assumes you created an appointment for each client visit. |
