Classes

HELLO!! :)

For classes I have two questions:

1.) There should be an option for when there is no school, or no class that you can have it void out so you don't think you forgot to input attendance

2.) I am trying to input attendance for a class meeting today but it isn't available. I have options 11-24, or 12-4. It skips 11-30.

Sincerely,
Ashleigh

Hi there Ashleigh!

1.) That's a great point. I'm guessing that you are referring also to weeks when the center is closed for a holiday--like Thanksgiving week, when there would not be a class meeting, or the week of Christmas. We'll take a look at this. However, at this time, it will not hurt anything (stats or client files) just to not enter anything for the day that the class did NOT meet.

2.) Hmmm...I'm a bit confused. What days have you set up your class to meet on? 11-24 is a Saturday and 12-4 is a Tuesday, but 11-30 is a Friday. You might just double check the exact dates, times, and "days offered" that you have entered. I tested this on my end, but could not duplicate this problem. If you continue to have this missing date, after you've double-checked your class set-up, give me a call so I can take a look. You can reach me at (972) 851-1085. I'd love to help you with this further.

Thanks!! :o)

Sarah

Sarah,

We are now holding classes, however, our classes meet every three weeks instead of weekly and our class meets 14 times. I have set our class up as weekly for 39 weeks. If I only mark attendance on dates the classes actually met, will this will keep our data accurate?

Thanks,

Mitch

Hi Mitch!

No stats will be counted for the weeks that you do NOT mark attendance (stats are only calculated if a client is marked as attending a class on a specific day), so it sounds like the way you have set-up this class should work really well.

Hope you have a wonderful day!
In Him,
Sarah
