Downloading to Excel error message.

| When trying to open a report by downloading to Excel I get Acess...denied error message |

Hi gARTH,
Can you tell me the steps that you are going through? For example, what report are you using? Are you trying to export a list out to excel, or is it a statistic, or something else? When you click on the export to excel "go" button, what happens next? Also, what is the exact wording on the error message you get?
