User Accounts

Hello friends! I am trying to update a user account, trying to change the staff name and the e-mail address. Everytime I select update it refreshes and shows all user accounts, as if it saved, but all information is still the same. I have director priveleges so am unsure why this is not allowing me to change it.

Always great to hear from you! :)
You can update the user account's email address (I just tested this and it is working properly), however, I don't believe that you have the ability to ever change the Staff/Volunteer name. In order to do this, you will need to set-up an entirely new account using this staff name at the time it is set-up initially.
